Situated on the border of Cheshire & Derbyshire, this 18th century farm is no longer working, agricultural land but a family residency. We were asked to create a liveable anex that could be used in family life as well as restoring the traditional building in keeping with its surroundings

Internally we created plenty of natural light whilst leaving the traditional oak exposed. It is now fully livable...

All external stonework was restored back to its previous glory

This old agricultural building was restructured with internal steel and cladded with natural stone & render. The front is used as a livable anex and garage

Whilst the rear is cladded with timber and used semi-agriculturally

This unique design is situated on the side of Kinder Scout, Derbyshire. It required multple retaining walls to create a banking. This allowed us to create a natural stone hallway linking this magnificent glass structure to the original 17th century farm house.
